Milwaukee-based Phoenix Care Systems, a clinical care company focused on mental and behavioral health, opted to move their executive offices in Raleigh. Their goal was to recruit highly educated and diverse local talent while creating an office environment their clients had come to expect from the care-focused company. They required a Class A office to align with their mission.

Because Phoenix Care Systems was new to the market, they trusted our team at Davis Moore to act as advisors on the ground. We chose to present only options that clearly aligned with the company’s goals, simplifying the process and maintaining a short timeline to move-in.
